There are rules and regulations, or in other words motto that people use in their libraries that help them in making sure the services available are utilized for the right purposes. The same is also done in making sure that the people who use these libraries have respect for what they are being offered with in terms of the knowledge they gain from the books they read. When it comes to such rules, those who violate them are punished by either being made to stay away from the libraries or cleaning for a period of time till they learn their lesson. The motto of many libraries in the city read no isbn no search, and this is for the management being given from the students as they also need to have enough research done and this is only possible if the machines that they are using are functioning and save them the hustle of looking for books with relevant information. Same with the management, the motto is normally returning the books where you got them for the sake or order in the library, and when both function well hand in hand there is usually no problem at all.
