Jim had recently been gifted an ipod by his office colleagues. He had never used an ipod before. He kept on having minor issues at every step. He decided to do some research about the device. He went on to the internet and understood how an ipod works. Then after he knew the basics, he could use it. But he still had some specific questions which confused him. His ipod would freeze from time to time and he did not know what to do. He logged on to their website and looked for online technical support for apple ipod. He went on the website and clicked on the technical support tab. He sent them a message regarding the trouble that he faced with his ipod. He got a response from the apple team within a day. They had given a step by step solution to the problem specified by him. He tried to follow those steps and his ipod started working properly. He sent them a mail to thank them for their assistance. Now he could use his ipod without any problem.
