I had arranged for a training program for the nurses of the Operation Room. I had a DVD which gave a graphical demonstration about how to use the product that I was selling. I decided to show it to the nurses and then reply to any questions that they had about the product. I reached the venue two hours before the scheduled time in order to set up everything for the program. I had to carry only the DVD as all the other facility such as the DVD player and the screen was available at the venue. When everything was setup I began playing the DVD and realized that the volume was not sufficient so I asked if there were any speakers. I was told there was one so I asked if there was a technician around who knew how to connect speakers to laptop. There was no one around so I had to call my colleague who rushed to the venue with a technician. Since I had sufficient time I didn&rsquot panic but I realized that whenever you have a meeting always reach ahead of schedule so that you can check the arrangement and make any changes in time.

When you are studying computer, you should think of the main subjects which should not by pass you. These are the main courses outlined for you at the beginning of your study, and if you do not get the main steps, you may not qualify for a degree of the course you have undergone. There are certain procedures such as how to connect a synth to computer which when you are not fully aware of how the steps are carried out, you will not be in a position to do it, and you will end up being put among the list of those who are not yet qualified to carry out technical procedures. Computer operations are very delicate, therefore avoid taking them for granted because it is the only way you are assured of prosperity as a student and also as an employee of a highly esteemed company. Take your lessons seriously, and ensure that you have a step by step guide on how all these operations should be carried out in case you need to refer at some point. |

It goes without doubt that the work of editing is quit interesting not just because it can provide one with good profits but also because with it, unimaginable things can be done. Editing can change images to the shape, size and colours according to the editors desire. With editing, movies have been produced and pictures modified in a manner that the viewer could never imagine. In the past, editing used to be cumbersome because it cost the editor a lot of cash, time and energy. But today, technology has made it possible for the editors to use less of the mentioned and even make good profits with the demanding market. I being one of the editors who has stayed for some while in the market, i have greatly enjoyed the benefits of it all and even made a name in the society. Nevertheless, i still have a lot to learn in the filed. For instance, How Can I Erase A CD without losing the content? This challenge has affected many editors because once you try it and you fail, you usually lose all the content of the CD yet you cannot use the CD again. |

This are the days when one can do literally any thing that they want and do it effectively. When you think of it you will see that technology has contributed to a number of things that no one ever thought could happen. Take for instance dating some fellow you have never met in your entire life and even as you date you are doing it online so until the day you two agree to meet you will have no idea how this person looks like. I may be the traditional type because i think this would not work for me at all. Anyway, that besides the point and i should mention that for those who can then there is no point in listening to people like me who are still operating in the yester years. When dating online, there are several ways to communicate and one of them is via email. For first timers, in email you will not be able to send any message without first opening an account with yahoo. Setup Email is simple. You will write a name that you will be using , then a password of your choice and you are good to go. |

In order to work well with computers, my company requires all of us to have our computer skills at heart. This is because we work entirely with computers. There are those who prepare office documents and they are required to know everything about Microsoft Word. If not, then they are never hired in the first place. Those of us who prepare work sheets for the office like an excel sheet are required to know so much about Microsoft Excel. There are those who are required to know PowerPoint at heart as well as those who work entirely with Microsoft Access. All these are spreadsheets that enable our company to achieve so much using computers. Our company does not take employees for any training after hiring, therefore every job seeker is expected to come to the office with the necessary skills pertaining to the type of work they are applying for. In case of a new skill though, someone is hired to train every employee on the same in order to keep our company up to date. We have so far managed to ease employees work and to achieve more because of the computer technology. |

I put in a claim for benefits a while ago now. I needed it paying asap really because i had no money and no job so i was a bit stuck. I put the app in and was told at the time it would take approx 2 - 3 weeks to get approved and paid. It has now been weeks and no one has been in contact. I was told by a friend you can look online at the status of applications but when i tried to find where you would do this nothing came up. I was a bit sceptical to be honest but i did search, i started on google by searching unemployment benefits online login but this didn't find anything. I would have thought it would be pretty unsafe for the goverment to have a site where people can check on benefits because what if they got hacked into one day! it could cause chaos with peoples benefits getting messed up! I personally think they should assign you someone who you can always call for an update on your claim. |

Having my nephew over at least two weekends during his school holidays are moments which I always look forward to because he is the representation of a lot of major energy surge that exists in one small sized little boy. My sister is always complaining that I spoil the boy and I tell her that I will be the cool aunt as she is the very strict mom. When he was dropped over, I asked him what he wanted and he said that there is new game that he has been wanting and we went off to go look for it. When I saw it, I decided to get it for him because it was not graphic so there was a less chance that he was going to have nightmares or develop a violent nature due to playing violent games. Given my history with the kind of games he played, I knew that they were going to slow my computer so I asked the tech at the game store do i need dual video cards in order to advance the functioning of the game. He said that I would have to put a dual card because that type of game would not even run well with a single card. I did what was required and even after he played, my computers speed did not get affected thanks to the dual cards. |

I hear in medical schools students are not allowed to work and study so that they can be totally serious with their studies, well for me I say that it doesn&rsquot matter those that will pass will pass anyway. I was hearing someone talk and they said unemployment wouldn&rsquot benefit students in other courses as they need to work , but then who says unemployment benefits students of medical faculty. That is a very myopic point of view, I think a student congress should be held and deliberated upon , if a medical student feel he or she can work and study then why not. They should have the same privilege that all other students have. Come to think of it their school fees is even way expensive for any of them to afford alone and still they cannot work? How ironical for the school to even say that. Maybe they should have thought of that and given them grants or even lowered their tuition fees. There ought to be a solution to this unjust. |

My Dad is retired but one way or the other the government still pays him for unemployment benefit. He decided that I can as well be earning that. I started collecting it and every month I am waiting eagerly to buy the nest Prada bag with my dad&rsquos unemployment benefit. Just when I thought it was going on well and waiting for this month, I thought to myself unemployment benefits how much will i get this time and I was even thinking of saving. We received a letter that my dad was no longer due for any benefits because he took his gratuity for a long time. I was furious because I already had plans for the money even before it came. Who would have thought that this will happen to me? I kept thinking of all the money I borrowed from all my friends thinking I will repay back but then nothing to do now. I guess it is true that we shouldn&rsquot put all our eggs in one basket. Now I have to look for other options. |

Stella just purchased a new Sony Vaio laptop loaded with Windows 7 Professional as the operating system. Stella paid a great deal of money for it as well as can be expected from any Sony products though I wonder what the quality was like. Her laptop comes with a trial version of Office Home and Student 2007 which is good for 60 days and if she likes it then can then purchase the full version license from the shop. They would also give her the disk for backup in case she needs to reinstall the software. As she tries using the program though it seems like she rans into office 2007 errors such as certain files are missing, error opening up a document, macros not enabled. Things like that somewhat discourages her from buying the full version license. She decided that she might be installing her copy of Office Student and Teacher 2003 instead when the trial version is expired. On her old computer she has Office Student and Teacher 2003 and she was told that for that software she has the license to install it on up to 3 computers. |
