Motocross, what a buzz! Dodging trees and rocks at high speed. Throwing caution to the wind and racing through perilous terrain just for the thrill of it. I was 17, and I stood at the top of a steep hill, sweating inside one of my airoh helmets and full-on protective clothing. I had run this particular stretch of woodland a number of times before, so it was a piece of cake. I knew every rock and tree. I knew every single bump and lump and pot hole and I knew at the end of the course, the last obstacle, happened to be a twelve foot wide reviene. I held my breath for the signal and dirt flew from my wheels as they span to life. I sped over the dirt and down the hill. The bikes handlebars dropping away with the steep incline. I held on. I dodged an weaved I soared over hills and scrambled through troughs. And then I came to it. Fifty feet of open terrain and then nothing but momentum to carry me on to victory. I pulled back on the throttle and accelerated hard. Forty feet. I had to make it. Thirty feet. I had never missed it before. Twenty feet. It was just twelve feet. Fifteen feet. What's that on the track? Ten feet. Oh God, someone was on the track. I slammed on my breaks, but it was all to late. No going back. Only forward. And into the dark, smiling mouth of the mountain itself. The mountain grinned that day and was satisfied with the meal it had made of me. I was hamburger meat. Bruised and broken, lying thirty feet in its swollen belly. I wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for my body armour. Airlifted to hospital, I found out later it was an eight year old kid in the track. |

Motorists can be very disobedient people. Especially when they think that they are not being watched by the law enforcers. This is not a good thing because it has the tendency of disrupting those people who are very kin to the road rules. It is in fact very annoying to drive the same road with those people who do not have any regard of the other motorists. They are constantly changing lanes without indicating that they are doing so thus creating a lot of commotion and confusion on the road. There are those who are in the habit of ignoring traffic lights especially at areas that do not have cops. What they do not know is that there is a camera on the traffic lights and they take pictures of such people. These are the people who get the motoring fixed penalties. This sis whereby one does not have to go to court and it saves people a lot of time. The ones who get these penalties are supposed to pay the fee and many people do not like this. That is why one has time to appeal and get another kind of penalty.

Requirements for one to drive in our public roads is what discourages many potential drivers in this country. There are so many people who take driving courses and they can afford to purchase their own cars, but the driving requirements discourage them from even attempting to approach a dealer to purchase a vehicle. When I was buying a car for instance, I first of all sought advise on what I was required to do in order to use my car. Other than the driver licence, I was required to get a motoring certificate, an insurance cover from an insurance company, and a car tax disc, all of which are supposed to be valid all the time. I had to ask where I was expected to renew car tax or a motoring certificate when their date was due, and I was directed on everything. All these requirements were hard to meet, but since I wanted to experience flexibility when running errands, going to work and back home, or when taking a trip out of town, I had no option but to meet all of them. |

As one gets to buy a car, they should make sure that they know how to drive well at all times. This is simply because they and other road users need to be safe every time they use the road. However this is not taken seriously by some road users and they make sure that they are on their own rules of driving apart from or contrary to what is laid down. Many accidents on the road are caused by careless driving and for this reason people should stop this. Loss of precious lives on the road should be avoided at all times by drivers of all types of vehicles. By making sure that you are sober when driving and you are doing it at a good speed, means that it is very unlikely that there will be an accident on the road. When accidents happen, people lose lives, others limbs, time and money is spent in hospitals and people's lives can not be the same again. Make sure you follow all road rules to ensure that you and the other road user is safe. |

Do you have a kid brother or sister who is a few years younger than you? What do you notice about their behavior? Do they dress like they were out from a magazine or do they speak as if they are part of a TV series or movie? Who is reliable for them, Twitter or BBC News? Our teens today have been heavily influenced by the media around them. Why they always want to be thin, why they always want to have the latest fashion, gadget and accessories known to man. In order to be cool, they fake uk driving licence to get inside bars and have a taste liquor which they think is the new soda made for their generation. Deep inside, these teens are fighting a battle of acceptance, among their peers. This is the biggest pressure they have to encounter &ndash starting from middle school. They have to do this or do that so that they can fit in this group &ndash to be accepted. Seeing this as a business opportunity, a lot of fake uk driving licence have been manufactured by illegal groups so that they can influence kids today in driving alcohol, doing drugs and having unprotected sex.
